This song was written at a time in my life when I felt really lost and disconnected from myself and everyone else. It was like the glue that holds the universe together had evaporated and there was no flow. Everyone around me also seemed lost and depressed and I was dwelling in a broken and fragmented world, unable to rely on anyone; so I tried taking refuge in God and was duly delivered into the promised land of Frome where I found utterly liberty!
